Dear Colleagues and Friends,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to IAPCO EDGE Auckland, taking place from 16–19 March 2026, a very special milestone in our journey. In 2015, here in Auckland, we launched the first IAPCO EDGE seminar. What began as an idea to connect, learn, and lift professional standards across the meetings industry has grown into a truly global movement, one that continues to inspire excellence in every corner of the world
Over the past decade, EDGE has become synonymous with energy, collaboration, and transformation. We’ve shared ideas, faced challenges, celebrated achievements, and built friendships that have strengthened our professional community. And now, as we return to where it all began, we have the opportunity to reflect on that remarkable journey and to look ahead to the future of business events together.
Moving beyond a one-size-fits-all approach, EDGE Auckland will focus on practical tools, shared challenges, and meaningful takeaways you can apply immediately. But EDGE is more than just content, it’s about connection. Our academy thrives on the power of building relationships with peers, faculty, and industry leaders, and on the belief that we learn best when we learn together.
And of course, we’ll celebrate in true New Zealand style! From our Welcome Reception, to immersive local experiences, scenic harbour views, and world-class cuisine, you’ll discover the energy, creativity, and hospitality that make Auckland so special.
